The AGM will be held online via Google Meets on Sunday the 25th August. Contact us if you didn’t receive an invite.

If you cannot make it, you can authorise a proxy to vote on your behalf by filling out the proxy form and emailing the completed form to us.

The time has come to renew your membership! Our membership period follows the financial year and is considered due every 30th of June.
If you have joined recently we will carry your payment over to the 2023-24 year. Contact us if you are unsure if this applies to you.

You may notice that we had to increase our price due to the ALHF Insurance going up. We looked into other solutions but found that ALHF was still the best option for our group at this time which includes both public liability and accident coverage for our members when attending our events.
