Annual General Meeting 25 August 2024

Meeting of the members of Late Victorian Society of Melbourne Inc (LVSM). At the meeting you will be able to read our annual report and financial statements and discuss items on the agenda. 

The current committee will be released and a new committee will be elected. the positions are as follows:

• Chairperson
• Vice Chairperson
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Ordinary members (number as determined by the AGM)

Nominations must be sent 24 hours before the AGM by sending them to admin@latevictorians.org via the attached form.

If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to complete the proxy form and return it to us 24 hours before the meeting.

We would like to remind people that to be eligible to vote and be nominated for committee position you must be a current member of the Late Victorian Society of Melbourne Inc. and have paid your dues for the 2024-25 term.

If you would like to add an agenda item, please submit a request in writing 7 days prior to the AGM by responding to this email. This is to allow for amendment and sending of materials.
